[Review] Everything is AWESOME with "The LEGO® Movie"

 Everything in this movie is made from LEGOs including the opening credits, though the words in the credits are made with an embossing machine.

We’re introduced to the main characters (though not the hero) in the first few moments of the movie.  The story is, essentially, a dispute between Vitruvius and Lord Business (interesting name!) over how the world should work and who should have control of the Piece of Resistance.  Lord Business wants the world to operate according to instruction and Vitruvius leads a team of Master Builders

This incredible movie made me go ''Wow!''...really "WOW!!!" In The Lego Movie, we can enjoy a magnificent adventure built out of plastic toy components. 
It's visually stunning .
The directors, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller created The LEGO Movie entirely out of digital imagery. In effect, they were creating a LEGO universe as if it had been built piece by piece.

The Lego Movie, also features the voices of : Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Charlie Day, Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman

The Lego Movie is the first 'block'buster movie in 2014 and it's now in my list of  best movies ...In fact, it's the fifth ! Who know maybe the list changes because we have some really other exiting movies like HTTYD 2, Rio 2, (Home?!) and my most anticipated movie Big hero 6 ! Just let the time prouves this!

Mondo Unveils Tom Whalen’s Limited Edition Poster for The LEGO Movie

Mondo have unveiled their poster for Chris Miller and Phil Lord’s The LEGO Movie, by artist Tom Whalen.
It goes on sale at a random time today on Mondo’s website, and the 18″ x 24″ poster is limited to 475 prints. They sell fast (especially at the reasonable price of $45), so if you do try getting one, good luck!

The original 3D computer animated story follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.

'The Lego Movie' could be 2014's first big 'block'buster

The idea of a Lego movie seems absurd on paper. A cynical, nostalgia-based cash grab akin to Battleship exploits, right? Well, Warner Bros. and its co-financier Village Roadshow seem not only to have avoided those trappings, but created a film that transcends the medium thanks to wry writing and directing team Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who charmed with both Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and 21 Jump Street.

Sequel Already in the Works for ‘The LEGO Movie’

Even though it hasn’t opened yet, we’ve received word that Warner Bros.’ upcoming animated feature The LEGO Movie already has a sequel under development. According to The Wrap, writers Jared Stern (The Internship, Mr. Popper’s Penguins) and Michelle Morgan (Girl Most Likely) have been working with the Warner Bros. Animation team on the sequel’s script.

THE LEGO MOVIE Reveal Characters !
