Sony Pictures Animation Reveals a Behind-the-scenes first look of Genndy Tartakovsky's 'Popeye'

Sony Pictures Animation Studios has just released the first look at their upcoming Animated Movie 'Popeye'

 This CGI footage features all of the characters in their classic designs (created by E.C. Segar in 1929)
The Characters are Popeye, Olive Oyl and Bluto, as well as Eugene the Jeep, the quasi-dog with magical powers.

This Footage is “not a clip, it’s not a trailer, it’s nothing from the actual movie,” Director Genndy Tartakovsky says in the introductory footage. “It’s just something that kind of represents what we want to do. I couldn’t be more excited by how it turned out.”
