Meet the Family

Housebird Blu (Jesse Eisenberg) and Jewel (Hathaway) used to be the only macaws known to man in the box office hit Rio. Now the two lovebirds have a family of three, including their music-loving daughter Carla (Rachel Crow) and some suddenly found relatives to contend with in Rio 2.

 

 

 

 

 

 The Hunt

Bird preservationist Tulio (Rodrigo Santoro) and his girlfriend Linda (voiced by Leslie Mann) are hot on the trail of macaws in the Amazon forest.

 

 

 

 

 

 Hot New Couple?

Wild, yet very suave macaw Roberto (voiced by Bruno Mars) and Jewel (Anne Hathaway) find each other again in the Amazon in Rio 2. Will the flames re-ignite for the former lovebirds? Jealous Blu seems to think so.

Kristen Chenoweth voices Gabi, right, a small, poisonous frog in love with Nigel, the evil cockatoo (voiced by Jemaine Clement) from the original Rio.
